Massage and Bodywork

We have one full-time and two part-time massage therapists on site and offer a wide variety of massage and bodywork modalities to suit your needs.

First time massage clients get $20 off your first session.

Swedish Massage:

Dr. Per Henrik Ling developed the method in the early 1800s by combining several different traditional practices, including those from China, Greece, and Rome. This type of massage targets muscles, glands, circulation, and nerves to relax and produce various health benefits.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Deep tissue massage is used for more significant problems, such as chronically tight muscles, strains, and injury. This modality of massage is not just a deeper version of a Swedish massage; instead, it utilizes its own special techniques and strokes to generate the client’s goals from the session. The therapist targets the deeper levels of the muscles and the connective tissue to promote healing.

Sports Massage:

Sports massage is a targeted form of massage for athletes, typically given before, during and after events. It helps to relieve swelling, reduce tension, improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and reduce fatigue with the goal to improve the athlete’s performance.

Pre & Post Natal Massage:

Pregnancy massage is specifically tailored to the needs of a pregnant woman. It reduces the tensions and aches that arise from the additional weight during pregnancy while also reducing any swelling and fatigue.

Fascia Blasting:

Fascia Blasting helps to break up those distorted areas of fascia, effectively reducing the appearance of cellulite, and returning the tissue to its original, healthy state. Because fascia is everywhere, this treatment can be used on every area of the body (and as often as every day, at that), but many clients tend to target the thighs, stomach, and arms first.

Raindrop:

Young Living’s proprietary Raindrop Technique® combines unique, targeted massage and energy approaches with pure, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience. The technique, developed by Young Living Founder and CEO D. Gary Young, draws from his experience with Native American wellness traditions and provides a revolutionary means of nurturing harmony—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Aromatherapy:

Aromatherapy massage employs specific scents from essential oils in order to enhance the massage session. The therapist chooses essential oils based upon the needs of the client to relieve stress or treat other conditions. Some oils may be applied to the skin to further enhance healing. This type of massage is typically used in conjunction with other modalities, including Swedish, acupressure, and reflexology.
